De daling van de prijzen van de oude woningen blijft - Capital.fr

The former House prices fell by 0.2% in France in the third quarter, after already falling by 0.3% in the first and second quarter, according to provisional seasonally adjusted figures published Thursday by Insee.Home prices retreated by 0.4% in the third quarter, while those of apartments increased by 0.1%.One year price accuse a decrease of 1.4% (1.6% for houses) and 1.2% for apartments.INSEE announced a decrease of 0.1% in first estimate for the second quarter.Ile-de-France prices decreased by 0.3% in the third quarter, falling by 0.6% and those of houses apartments increased by 0.3%. One year they decreased by 1.2% (1.6% for apartments) and 0.5% for houses.Only Paris, apartment prices fell 0.5% on the quarter and 2.1 percent over one year.In the County, prices fell by 0.1% in the third quarter (+ 0.8% 0.5% for homes but for apartments).
